FUNDAMENTALS SESSIONS
For those new to CrossFit we take you through our Fundamental classes, here we cover the main movements involved with CrossFit and explain the cues as well so in your first few classes you won’t feel lost with things like the weightlifting or gymnastic components. The technicality of these movements mean we don’t throw new members straight into a class, we want to make sure your initial experience at Three Flow is a positive one and the onboarding via fundamentals is the safest and best way to start laying down the technique for Cleans, Snatches, Presses and Gymnastics.
The fundamentals can be arranged around yours and the gyms schedule but are typically performed in the evening and where possible on a Saturday. We normally require approximately 3 hours in total (2 sessions) to cover all the content and the cost is $150 total (per person).
